Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree with at least two years of quality systems management experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in computer applications and network operations.
• Ability to read, interpret, and develop technical documents and procedures.
• Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Experience presenting information to managers, clients, customers and team members.
• Strong mathematical skills including percentages, proportions, and basic statistics.
• Ability to develop, apply, and train others on statistically based quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer quality complaints.
• Initiate and participate in internal problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
• Compile, analyze, and report quality metrics as required.
• Participate in monthly Management Business Review (MBR) activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
