• Develop quality control plans aligned with procedures, policies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with leadership to review milestones, metrics and timelines.
• Design scalable operational processes using Agile methodologies for workforce deployment.
• Oversee logistics and vendor coordination to optimize performance and reduce risk.
