Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services is seeking a Manager of Quality and Process Control to lead QA, training, SOPs, and UAT across Titles, Collateral, and Post Funding. You will oversee the QA and workflow analysts, develop training programs, and ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

The salary ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. You will drive operational readiness, monitor quality standards, and provide oversight for new systems and processes,

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control, auditing, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to develop training materials, SOPs, job aids, and workflow documentation.
• Proven project management skills including leading UAT and operational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly audits of Titles, Collateral, and Post Funding to ensure quality and compliance.
• Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and workflow documentation for the teams.
• Analyze audit results, publish findings, and drive corrective actions and process improvements.
