Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Quality Excellence Engineer to lead data-driven improvements across a Midway facility. You will drive standardized processes, reduce loss, and partner with area leaders to elevate network performance.

If you enjoy eliminating variation and building sustainable systems, this role offers impactful work. You’ll apply Six Sigma, 5S, RCA, and WPS frameworks to deliver measurable gains and coach managers and associates in best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with quality or process improvement methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead use of process improvement tools and methods to eliminate quality losses and deviations.
• Deliver results through KPI analysis, loss elimination, and standard work development.
• Support review and execution of quality-focused process improvement projects.
• Manage project execution for top quality losses and build capability in area managers and associates.
• Create quality loss profiles, develop performance metrics, and support WPS integration and engagement efforts.
