Walmart is seeking a Manager II, Quality Engineer to lead quality and process improvement initiatives within a Distribution Center. You will partner with Operations and Managers to drive WPS programs, eliminate losses, and standardize work across the network.

You will analyze data, mentor teams, and deliver measurable KPI improvements while promoting continuous learning and best practices in quality management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 3 years’ experience in Quality or Process Improvement.
• 5 years’ experience in Engineering or Process Improvement with Lean Six Sigma.
• Microsoft Office Suite, analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead process improvement initiatives using 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, and time-motion studies.
• Manage execution of top quality loss projects within the area and identify replication opportunities.
• Support deployment of Quality Excellence WPS methodology including gap analysis, performance metrics, and quality loss profile development.
• Partner with Department Managers to drive KPI improvements and associate engagement.
• Deliver results through KPI analysis and creation of standard work to reduce variation and sustain improvements.
