Job summary

Walmart is seeking a process improvement leader in Midway, TN to drive data-driven enhancements across the facility. You will lead quality-focused projects, apply Six Sigma, 5S, and RCA, and partner with area leaders to reduce loss and elevate overall network performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead use of process improvement tools (5S, RCA, Six Sigma) to reduce quality losses and deviations in the assigned area.
• Deliver results through KPI analysis, loss elimination, and creation of standard work to reduce process variation.
• Support review and execution of quality-focused improvement projects and identify opportunities for divisional improvements.
• Manage project execution for top quality losses; build capability in area managers and associates; support deployment of Quality Excellence and WPS programs.
• Create quality loss profiles, develop performance metrics, perform gap analyses, and support WPS integration and engagement efforts.
• Lead quality-related savings projects by removing loss from processes and coordinating with stakeholders.
