Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead the Incoming Quality and PPAP teams across shifts, driving supplier quality concerns, chargebacks, and containment actions to protect customers and production areas.

The role requires supervising salary and hourly staff, coordinating with MP&L, and ensuring PPAP trials, audits, and changes are managed effectively to support a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.

• Supervisory/manufacturing experience in Quality

Responsibilities

• Lead the Incoming Quality team across shifts to drive supplier quality concerns and containment actions.
• Lead PPAP hourly team to conduct trial runs and coordinate with MP&L on approvals.
• Support Contamination Reduction Strategic Plan and coordinate across departments.
• Represent Quality with Production Areas, STA, and Suppliers daily.
• Track supplier concerns and 8D closures, ensuring proper disposition and cost capture.
• Maintain PPAP crib inventory and coordinate dock audits for new product launches.
