Job summary

Ford Motor Company is leading a brand-new Process Control Team to drive quality improvements across Vehicle Operations. You will build and lead a cross‑functional team, delivering both interim containment and permanent control solutions.

Responsibilities include developing PFMEAs, updating control plans, coordinating with PD, Quality, and IT, and implementing advanced vision systems and smart tooling with on‑site execution across NA plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in Automotive Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, or Product Development.
• Deep understanding of APQP, Control Plans, DFMEA/PFMEA.
• Experience bridging vehicle design to plant manufacturing feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead two workstreams: Strategy/Process and Plant Implementation.
• Develop and implement process control plans and PFMEAs across NA plants.
• Guide SOWs, supplier quotes, and tooling upgrades with cross‑functional teams.
• Deploy on‑site execution for rapid containment and long‑term controls.
