Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Systems, Health Administration, Public Health, or related field.
• Experience in hospital quality, performance improvement, analytics, and outcomes management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary improvement projects from planning through sustainability.
• Strong data validation, reporting, and dashboard development skills.
• Familiarity with CMS Star Ratings, Leapfrog, Vizient, and U.S. News & World Report quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary performance improvement initiatives aligned with hospital and health system strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leaders, clinical and operational stakeholders to identify opportunities and targets.
• Apply PDSA, Lean, process mapping, root cause analysis to close gaps and improve outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project charters with scope, milestones, owners, timelines, and success measures.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness by monitoring performance and outcomes, feeding successful practices into standard workflows.
• Create dashboards, scorecards, and reports communicating baseline performance, targets, trends, and progress toward goals.
• Coordinate data validation, measurements, and reporting with data owners and Finance.
• Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for executive leadership and clinical teams.
• Ensure sustainability plans to prevent regression after project completion.
