RWJBarnabas Health seeks a Hospital Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute strategic and day‑to‑day projects across hospital departments, improving operational efficiency and patient safety. You will serve as a liaison among executive leadership, clinical staff, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 3+ years hospital project management or coordination experience.
• Experience directing or coordinating staff, contractors, or project teams.
• Strong oral and written communication across clinical, administrative, technical, and operational departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of PeopleSoft/Oracle databases.
• Working knowledge of WebParks software.
• In‑depth knowledge of Genetec video surveillance and access control systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute hospital projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to identify needs and objectives.
• Define project missions, timelines, resources, and performance expectations.
• Lead, coach, and supervise staff and contractors as needed.
• Coordinate activities across departments to streamline workflows and security initiatives.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues across projects.
• Communicate effectively with leadership, clinical teams, and vendors.
• Support implementation of hospital security technologies including Genetec and access control.
• Utilize PeopleSoft/Oracle and WebParks for reporting and coordination.
• Prepare project documentation and schedules using MS Office.
