Duly Health and Care is seeking a Quality Performance Analyst to drive clinical quality improvements through advanced analytics, value-based contract optimization, and provider engagement. You will forecast performance, validate data, and develop targeted action plans to improve HEDIS/Stars metrics while collaborating with leadership and operations in a fast-paced value-based care environment.
The role requires strong Excel skills and experience with EMR, payer data, and quality programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, public health, health administration, data analytics, or related field
- FMG or clinical background preferred
- Advanced analytical training or value-based care experience strongly preferred
Responsabilités
- Identify quality gaps and opportunities for value-based revenue optimization
- Interpret payer contracts and quality incentive methodologies to design improvement plans
- Develop and validate quality performance dashboards and executive reports
- Interpret HEDIS, MIPS, and Stars specifications and model impact
- Present provider-level scorecards and drive accountability for improvement
- Educate providers on quality measures and optimization strategies
- Support workflows to improve quality performance and documentation accuracy
