Advocate Health is seeking a senior Health Care Quality/Analytics professional for a fully remote role. The position focuses on quality measure development, data analysis, and enterprise reporting to support value-based care initiatives.

Collaboration with clinicians and leadership is required to drive improvements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in health care administration or quality intelligence, with knowledge of CMS/NCQA HEDIS and MA Stars.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a health, management, quality, or engineering-related field.
• Typically requires 5 years of experience in Health Care Administration, Quality Intelligence, or related area.
• Knowledge of CMS, NCQA HEDIS, MA Stars and evidence-based guidelines.

Mansioni

• Contributes to system-wide Quality/Health Outcomes measure development, goal setting, and improvement activities.
• Leads development of enterprise-wide reports, processes, and dashboards to improve health outcomes.
• Performs data validation and ensures accuracy of quality data and reporting.
• Develops intuitive quality intelligence solutions (dashboards, visualizations) for clinicians, leaders, and executives.
• Engages with external payer partners and internal stakeholders to drive system improvements and quality strategies.
• Develops improved EHR tools to capture data for value-based agreements in collaboration with leadership.
