Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to improve patient care and encourage professional development.
• Promote efficient patient flow and coordinate care with health care teams.
• Share research-based interventions to improve care and reduce costs; implement best practices.
• Represent Penn Medicine's interests in the served community and support clinical outreach.
• Develop, review, and analyze budget and financial reports to meet targets.
