Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field required.
• Or an Associate degree in healthcare field with three years of healthcare supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of quality activities; monitor quality indicators.
• Develop and implement data collection, analysis, and reporting of quality indicators.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Oversee QA reports for ambulatory offices and follow up as needed.
• Prepare reports, policies, and documents for the department; ensure accuracy and compliance.
