Job summary

Under the Chief Quality Officer and Risk Manager, you will implement, monitor, and evaluate programs that promote safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while reducing organizational risk. The role coordinates quality management, patient safety initiatives, incident reviews, RCAs, and corrective actions, collaborating with

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in clinical leadership, quality improvement, risk management, patient safety, or related coordination preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience utilizing electronic health records, quality reporting platforms, incident reporting systems, or other healthcare information systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate organization-wide quality improvement initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate quality improvement plans.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators and quality metrics.
• Analyze clinical outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate performance improvement teams and projects.
• Support departments in achieving quality goals.
• Document, track, and evaluate quality improvement initiatives for timely completion.
• Prepare quality improvement reports and presentations for oversight.
• Coordinate investigation and review of patient safety events, including RCA.
• Manage incident reporting systems and processes.
• Develop corrective action plans and monitor implementation.
• Promote evidence-based patient safety practices.
• Partner with Risk Manager on event investigations and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor trends related to patient adverse events.
• Support regulatory readiness and program improvement activities.
