Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System’s Indian River Hospital in Vero Beach is seeking an SQPE Specialist I to lead safety, quality and patient experience initiatives within an assigned scope. You will coordinate improvement projects using the Cleveland Clinic Improvement Model, partner with clinical leadership to set objectives, and drive performance across departments, ensuring compliance with standards.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, in a collaborative environment that values continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• In lieu of Bachelor's Degree, five years of related experien ce.

Responsibilities

• Direct safety, quality and patient experience work within assigned scope.
• Coordinate and implement improvement initiatives using the Cleveland Clinic Improvement Model.
• Partner with clinical leadership to set objectives and key results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead performance improvement projects and dashboard reviews.
