Job summary

Cleveland Clinic South Pointe Hospital seeks a Director I Safety Quality Patient Experience to lead the SQPE function across the hospital. You will partner with executive, physician, nursing, and operational leaders to improve outcomes and patient experiences within a Magnet Hospital setting.

The role requires directing SQPE operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement with the Clinical Transformation Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement in nursing, healthcare admin, business, engineering, or related field.
• CPHQ certification required within one year of hire.
• 7+ years of process improvement or quality management experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain a comprehensive Quality Plan.
• Act as an accountable partner for clinical areas within the areas of responsibility.
• Drive safety, quality, and patient experience improvements across hospital OKRs.

Education

Bachelor's degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, Engineering, or related field

Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)

Seven years of process improvement or quality management experience
