Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented produce quality inspector to perform initial visual inspections of metal stampings and efficiently package parts for delivery. You will enter inspection data into Plex and support production activities to help meet schedules.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, English proficiency, and up to 6 months of manufacturing experience. This role requires lifting and routine movement within the production area and a willingness to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to perform job duties safely.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred (minimum 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Perform initial visual quality inspections of metal stampings.
• Pack products in correct containers and label per instructions.
• Record inspection data in the Plex ERP system.
• Support production activities and maintain clean, safe work area.
• Meet daily and weekly production requirements and document outputs.
