Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a quality inspector/packager for the Holland, MI plant. You will perform visual inspections of metal stampings, package parts, and record data in Plex, while supporting production to meet daily schedules.

You'll follow JES sheets and use gages, grinders, and PC tools, ensuring accurate labeling and safe handling. Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent, be able to read and understand English, and have six months of manufacturing experience

Qualifikationen

• Must read, write, speak and understand English to safely perform duties.
• Six-month manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow work instructions, safety procedures and company communications.

Aufgaben

• Perform initial visual quality inspections of metal stampings and packaging.
• Record inspection data in the Plex ERP system.
• Support production and maintain workflow efficiency to meet schedules.
• Refer to JES and production orders to weld products as required.
• Pack parts properly with correct labeling and storage containers.
• Complete hourly count boards and related paperwork.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and participate in housekeeping.
