Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a quality inspector for the Kansas City, MO plant. The role runs on a 5 AM – 5 PM W shift and involves visual inspections, packaging, and data entry in Plex to support on-time production.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, ability to read and follow English instructions, and up to 12-hour shifts with weekend work. Manufacturing experience is preferred; safety and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English to perform job duties safely.
• Six months of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial visual quality inspections of metal stampings.
• Efficiently package products in containers per packaging instructions.
• Record inspection data in Plex ERP system.
• Support general production activities to maintain workflow and schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
