Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform visual inspections of metal stampings and ensure accurate packaging and labeling for delivery to customers. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to operate within a lean production environment.

Responsibilities include recording data in the Plex system, supporting various work centers, and helping maintain workflow efficiency to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and understand English to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Experience with visual quality checks and packaging of metal parts is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial visual quality inspections of metal stampings.
• Efficiently package products in appropriate containers and label per instructions.
• Record inspection data in Plex and support production activities.
• Meet daily/weekly production requirements and maintain clean, safe work area.
