Sinai Hospital in Baltimore seeks an experienced Pharmacy Services leader to supervise the clinical activities of the Pharmacy Department, coordinate daily Pharmacist schedules, and deliver clinical patient care including dosing, drug interactions, and counseling.
The role collaborates with hospital leadership to manage medication budgets, develop QA/QI programs, provide staff education, and implement best-practice protocols to ensure safe, cost-effective care.
Supervises and coordinates the clinical activities of the Pharmacy Department; supervises and coordinates the activities of the Clinical Pharmacists and their daily work schedule; performs pharmaceutical patient care duties including kinetic dosing, DUKE's, ADR's and patient counseling; conducts in-services for the medical and nursing staff; responsible for the clinical training issues of all Pharmacy staff.
Pay Range: $81.93 to $122.90 (based on experience)
