Under the general supervision of the application manager with the ability to work alone on regular duties while referring appropriately to manager, the senior clinical system analyst is responsible for the implementation, integration, enhancement and support of clinical applications deployed throughout the system, following standard departmental processes, especially change control and use of the issue/request tracking system. The senior clinical system analyst should exhibit customer service skills necessary to provide ongoing telephone support for end users. The senior clinical systems analyst possesses strong communication skills adapted to the requirements of the customers.
