Job summary

Narda‑MITEQ seeks a Quality Associate Manager to lead the quality team, establish metrics and drive improvement initiatives across supplier and internal quality processes. This role ensures products meet customer specifications and aligns with the company’s quality standards in the aerospace/defense sector.

The position requires a strong engineering background, 6+ years of relevant experience (or 4+ with a graduate degree), and familiarity with AS9100, ITAR and MIL-SPEC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a graduate degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably aerospace/defense.
• Experience in defense/microelectronics with AS9100, ITAR, MIL-SPEC requirements.
• Strong communication and presence for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to drive quality improvements and to manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality team, policies, programs and initiatives.
• Maintain AS9100 QMS certification and quality metrics across inspection points.
• Develop strategies to improve reliability, supplier quality and cost of quality.
• Interface with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure ongoing quality conformance.
