Job summary

The Narda Microwave Corporation is seeking a Quality Associate Manager to join the site leadership team. You will plan, develop, and direct the quality organization to meet customer specs and company standards, while driving reliability, supplier quality, and cost of quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Graduate degree with 4+ years in electronics manufacturing, aerospace/defense preferred.
• Experience in defense/microelectronics with AS9100, ITAR, MIL-SPEC familiarity.
• Strong professional communication and leadership.
• Six Sigma or Lean experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Quality Engineers and Inspection Supervisor.
• Maintain AS9100 QMS certification across site.
• Develop and track quality metrics, KPI's, and cost of quality.
• Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
• Oversee supplier and customer quality audits.
• Interface with customers, sales, product line management, and engineering.
