The Narda Microwave Corporation is seeking a Quality Associate Manager to join the site leadership team. You will plan, develop, and direct the quality organization to meet customer specs and company standards, while driving reliability, supplier quality, and cost of quality initiatives.

The Quality Associate Manager is a key member of the site leadership team and is responsible for planning, developing, and directing the quality team, policies, programs and initiatives. They will establish and manage metrics to ensure that products meet customer specifications and are consistent with the quality standards of the Company. In addition, this individual will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic plans and improvement initiatives targeting reliability, supplier quality and cost of poor quality. This role will be a single point of accountability for Quality for the division.
