Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience with quality tools such as SPC, FTA, FMEA.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate cross-functional groups.
• Excellent communication skills and strong manufacturing operations knowledge.
• Working-level English proficiency and adaptability to change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality operations and ensure compliance with quality control plans.
• Schedule staff based on material supply and demand to maximize quality and output.
• Supervise inspectors and technicians and evaluate performance.
• Lead failure analysis and implement corrective actions on process quality.
• Develop process flow improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Coordinate with production and maintain ISO quality management activities.
