Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking a Quality Supervisor in Sparks, NV to oversee daily quality operations for high-volume manufacturing of battery components. You will manage inspections, coordinate inspectors and technicians, and drive corrective actions to maintain top quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with quality tools (SPC, FTA, FMEA) and excellent communication. On-site work with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s in engineering preferred.
Minimum five years in high-volume manufacturing with batteries/electronics quality.
Experience with SPC, FTA, and FMEA; able to lead teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily quality control inspections and ensure compliance with the quality plan.
Coordinate inspectors and technicians and assign staff schedules.
Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Support ISO quality management on the shop floor.
Partner with production to improve process flow and cost efficiency.
