Responsibilities

• Support quality engineers in monitoring and improving product and process quality.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data to identify trends and defects.
• Participate in root-cause investigations using 5 Why and fishbone methods.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Production, Supply Chain to drive quality initiatives.
• Develop visual dashboards to monitor KPIs like scrap and first-pass yield.
• Assist with corrective actions and prevention of future defects.
