Qualifications

• Candidates may be pursuing an Associates, Technical, Bachelor’s, or Post‑graduate degree in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills are preferred.
• Interest in manufacturing and quality processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and promote a culture of safety across the plant.
• Lead in identifying and resolving complex electrical, hydraulic, or mechanical problems.
• Apply established corrective action processes to determine root cause, communicate solutions, and document resolutions.
• Prevent recurrence of problems by addressing issues found in production build processes.
• Handle special projects bridging the shop floor and engineering groups.
• Conduct field return investigations.
• Build electrical test fixtures and test benches for plant use.
• Coordinate corrective action between departments for new product releases.
