CNH invites an Quality & Reliability Engineering Intern to contribute to product quality and reliability improvements. You will collaborate with engineering, validation, manufacturing, and quality teams to analyze issues, track corrective actions, and develop metrics that drive risk reduction and customer satisfaction.

The role is hybrid in New Holland, PA, offering hands-on experience with DFMEA, product development processes, and data-driven quality initiatives to support launch readiness and

Qualificações

• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings and product development processes.
• Interest in product quality, reliability, and root cause analysis.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support PIR (Product Issue Report) tracking and analysis.
• Assist with reliability and quality KPI development and reporting.
• Analyze issue trends and identify recurring failure modes.
• Support DFMEA reviews and action item tracking.
• Compile and maintain quality dashboards and metrics.
• Assist in verification of corrective actions and REF closure evidence.
• Support launch readiness reviews and risk assessments.
• Create reports and presentations for engineering and leadership reviews.
• Assist with field issue investigations and data collection.
• Support continuous improvement projects focused on defect prevention and reliability growth.
