CNH Industrial invites a Quality Engineer Intern to join our on-site program in Benson, MN, where you will gain hands-on experience solving product problems and supporting shop floor operations to drive quality improvements under mentor guidance.

You will collaborate across functions to apply corrective actions, participate in safety initiatives, and assist with new product releases and production builds this summer.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate, Technical, Bachelor’s, or Post‑graduate degree in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work full-time during the summer for internship/co-op.

Responsibilities

• Following all safety procedures and promoting a culture of safety across the plant.
• Taking the lead in identifying and resolving complex product problems involving electrical, hydraulic, or mechanical systems.
• Applying established corrective action processes to determine root cause, communicate solutions, and document resolutions.
• Preventing recurrence of problems by addressing issues found in production build processes.
• Handling special projects that bridge the shop floor and engineering groups, such as: conducting field return investigations; building electrical test fixtures and test benches for plant use; coordinating corrective action between departments.
• Determining issues with new product releases and coordinating corrective actions across departments.
