Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Intern to support Racine’s production lines and engineering processes on-site. You will engage in root cause analysis, process improvements, and data reporting to drive quality and efficiency in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualified candidates are sophomores to seniors pursuing a Bachelors in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering with strong problem solving, communication, and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a sophomore, junior, or senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate Excel skills and basic data analysis experience required
• Farming background or experience in agriculture, construction, or landscaping preferred, but not required
• Some positions may require the ability to travel to other sites

Responsibilities

• Supporting engineering processes and production line operations at the Racine facility
• Applying root cause analysis to identify and implement robust, sustainable solutions to production challenges
• Contributing to process improvement projects that enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency
• Assisting with data analysis and reporting to support decision-making in manufacturing operations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and operational goals
