Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager for our Houston manufacturing facility. You will ensure compliance with welding and manufacturing standards, lead the quality system, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Strong analytical and communication skills are essential; CWI certification is highly preferred. The successful candidate will oversee QA practices, lead corrective actions, and collaborate with line supervisors to implement

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Quality, Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer focused manufacturing quality improvement projects end-to-end.
• Implement and assure compliance with US Commercial QMS requirements.
• Support teams with process improvement tools to reduce waste and drive growth.
• Develop improvement plans using metrics and present to leadership for implementation.
• Provide quality engineering expertise and lead corrective/preventive actions.
