Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years related experience or training.
• AWS and CWB knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
• Oversee and document quality of activities and products.
• Provide clear reports on inspections, audits, tests, and goods received.
• Perform tests with specialized tools and equipment.
• Prepare daily quality control summaries.
• Assist in planning quality improvement strategies.
• Advise on methods to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
• Lead or participate in audit processes.
• Prepare for CWB certification and UT inspector qualifications.
• Maintain continuous improvement within the area.
• Handle additional projects as assigned.
