Orenco is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance leader to direct the QA department and drive Six Sigma initiatives across manufacturing for both commercial and residential treatment systems. You will mentor quality analysts and auditors, implement DMAIC improvements, and ensure compliance with IEC, UL, and CE standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years in quality, 3 years in a quality management role.
• Knowledgeable of UL 508A and polymer testing.
• Experience with root cause analysis, statistical analysis and process improvement methodologies.

Mansioni

• Develop, measure, and report internal and external product quality manufacturing performance metrics.
• Oversee incoming inspection and testing of materials, components and finished products.
• Validate final inspection checks on completed panels, High Voltage, functional testing, label verification.
• Lead corrective action plans and ensure QA documentation is complete and traceable.
• Prepare for and manage external audits.
• Utilize measurement data to develop a continuous improvement quality action plan with timelines.
