Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain quality assurance procedures; ensure compliance with standards.
• Perform regular audits of production processes to address deviations.
• Liaise between customer, operations, engineering and business teams to meet specs.
• Collect and analyze data; prepare reports on quality performance metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, customer and supply chain to resolve issues.
• Lead projects to improve product quality and process efficiency.
