Modine Manufacturing Company in Minnesota seeks a hands-on Quality Manager - Plant Operations to lead QA and CI across the manufacturing plant. You will shepherd ISO 9001 and ASHRAE compliance, drive defect reduction, and guide a team of quality engineers and technicians in collaboration with production and engineering.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in quality engineering in manufacturing, strong leadership, Six Sigma/Lean mastery, and experience with RCCA, FMEA, SPC, and DOE to improve

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality engineering in manufacturing (HVAC/refrigeration a plus).
• Proven leadership of quality teams and strategic initiatives.
• Expertise in Six Sigma, Lean methods and advanced quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the plant's quality strategy aligned with goals.
• Manage QMS to ensure ISO 9001, ASHRAE and regulations compliance.
• Drive defect reduction, scrap and rework with data-driven methods.
• Lead RCCA, corrective actions and CIP for recurring issues.
• Implement SPC, FMEA, and DOE to improve processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to ensure NPI quality.
• Develop and coach the quality team across functions.
• Drive supplier quality initiatives including audits and CAPAs.
• Monitor KPI's and report insights to plant leadership.
• Liaise with customers, auditors, and regulatory assessments.
