Job summary

Top Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality programs in a manufacturing environment. You will manage teams and ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met, driving improvements across processes and suppliers.

The role emphasizes ISO 9001 and AS9100, Lean and Six Sigma methods, and close collaboration with Manufacturing and Engineering to deliver robust quality results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
• Travel up to 25%.
• U.S. Person requirements for ITAR/export-control regulations.
• Six Sigma certification, PCB/SMT experience, reliability and risk management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Quality Engineers and Inspectors.
• Oversee Quality Management Systems and maintain ISO 9001 and AS9100 compliance.
• Drive problem-solving using 8D, CAPA, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Support supplier and customer quality activities, including audits and corrective actions.
• Participate in NPI, FMEA, risk assessments, and quality planning.
• Monitor quality metrics and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Support internal audits, MRB activities, and manufacturing quality programs.
• Promote quality awareness and best practices throughout the organization.
