Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience.
• 3+ years of quality leadership experience.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing, defense, electronics, or telecommunications environments.
• Knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, SPC, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

Salary Range: $93,000- $140,000 based on experience and an additional annual bonus

Lite Coms, LLC is seeking a strategic and hands-on Quality Manager to lead our Quality Management System and serve as a key member of our operations leadership team. This role is ideal for an experienced quality professional who understands that quality is more than compliance. Success in this position requires a leader who actively solves problems, drives continuous improvement, supports production goals, and ensures customer commitments are met.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Quality Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), leading continuous improvement initiatives, managing customer quality requirements, and partnering with Operations to improve quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System.
• Develop and improve quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience.
• 3+ years of quality leadership experience.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing, defense, electronics, or telecommunications environments.
• Knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, SPC, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
