Compensation ranges from $93,000 to $140,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
• Lead and manage a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee the inspection, testing, and release of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and reduce defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, engineering, supply chain) to integrate quality into all stages of the product lifecycle.
