Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 5+ years of quality assurance in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949 and continuous improvement methods.
• Proven leadership in supervising and mentoring a quality team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QC processes and procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Lead internal and external audits for ISO standards.
• Monitor quality data and identify trends for improvement.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to integrate quality.
• Manage calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.
