Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years manufacturing/quality experience; or Master's with 3 years; or Associate's with 7 years; or 9 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US Government Secret Clearance.
• US citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Drive the team to achieve monthly delivery objectives and contractual requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement or lean projects in own or cross areas.
• Interface with engineering and program on production phases and quality issues.
• Audit quality systems and ensure corrective actions meet reliability standards.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively.
