Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Maryland is seeking a Quality Manager 1 to support inspection teams at Troy Hill and Halethorpe. You will drive monthly delivery objectives, manage priorities, and lead quality initiatives across multiple sites, including Elkridge and Halethorpe, with 25% travel.

The role requires a bachelor’s or higher degree with manufacturing/quality experience, or equivalent years of experience, and the ability to obtain a US Government Secret Clearance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of manufacturing and/or quality experience; OR a Master’s Degree with 3 years; OR an Associate’s Degree with 7 years of manufacturing and/or quality experience; OR 9 years of manufacturing and/or quality experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Clearance
• US citizenship required

Responsabilidades

• Drive the team to achieve monthly delivery objectives per end of month and contractual requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement or lean projects in own area or across areas.
• Interface with engineering and program regarding production, quality, and compliance.
• Audit quality systems for deficiency identification and correction.
• Lead cross-functional, high-performing teams and mentor direct reports.
