Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Cary, NC is hiring a Quality Manager to lead the Quality organization, directing cross-functional strategies and plans that ensure the production system quality roadmap is executed efficiently while safeguarding team safety and engagement.

The role supervises Quality Technicians, develops the Quality Management System, implements inspection and testing methods, measures customer satisfaction, and drives process improvements and corrective actions across supplier,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of manufacturing experience and 3+ years in quality.
• Strong commitment to quality in manufacturing and deployment of quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture aligned with mission, values, and success model.
• Own end-to-end quality responsibility across supplier, manufacturing, and customer satisfaction.
• Develops and maintains the Quality Management System and leads factory execution.
• Lead problem solving to identify root causes and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Explore new technologies to improve quality control systems.
