Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality organization and drive the company’s production system quality control roadmap. The role reports to the Plant Manager with a dotted line to Corporate Quality Leadership and supervises Quality Technicians.

You will foster a quality-first culture, implement effective inspection and training methods, and monitor internal metrics to improve customer satisfaction and process excellence. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of manufacturing experience and 3+ years of quality experience.
• Strong data-driven problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality organization strategy and execution of the quality roadmap.
• Ensure end-to-end quality across supplier, manufacturing, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain quality processes, inspection methods, and corrective actions.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.
