Cornerstone Building Brands in Lexington, NC is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality organization and drive the production system quality control roadmap. You will supervise Quality Technicians and partner across functions to improve process quality and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, quality system development, and strong communication within a collaborative leadership team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
Six Sigma certification preferred.
6+ years manufacturing experience and 3+ years quality experience.
Strong data analysis, communication, and training skills.
Willingness to travel up to 10% and deploy quality systems to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

Foster a culture aligned with mission and values.
Lead end-to-end quality across supplier, manufacturing, and customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute methods for inspection, testing, sampling, and training.
Monitor metrics, drive quality initiatives, and improve competitive advantage.
Develop and maintain the Quality Prioritization Matrix.
Lead root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
Explore new technologies to enhance quality control systems.
