Job summary

ABEC Inc in Wilson, NC seeks a Quality Manager to lead the onsite DC manufacturing quality team, drive compliance with cGMP and ISO standards, and partner with cross-functional groups to raise quality performance across operations.

You will mentor staff, manage CAPA and audits, and monitor quality metrics to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This role offers a collaborative environment and opportunities to influence life sciences manufacturing best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading quality teams and implementing CAPA.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, ISO quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a Quality team onsite.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO, and company SOPs.
• Oversee audits, CAPA, and quality metrics across site.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
