Celgard, LLC seeks an experienced Quality Manager to oversee QA processes and a diverse quality team at the Charlotte, NC plant. You will ensure product compliance with internal and external requirements and lead a 24/7 manufacturing operation.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Quality, you will drive continuous improvement, coordinate audits, and align systems with automotive standards. Strong leadership, analytics, and APQP/PPAP expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field required; strong preference for ASQ certifications.
• 7+ years of quality systems experience in manufacturing; automotive exposure preferred.
• Proven leadership of a quality team, with ability to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead a 24/7 Quality Department, directing engineers and lab staff.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions and monitor effectiveness.
• Support startup/implementation of new coating and slitting operations and establish QMS.
• Lead internal/external audits and ensure APQP/PPAP compliance.
• Collect and analyze quality data, report to management, and drive improvements.
