Job summary

Celgard, LLC is hiring a QC Lab Technician based in Charlotte, NC. The role supports quality lab testing for polymer separators used in EV batteries and ESS. The position requires reliable shift performance on a 12-hour day shift (6:00am–6:00pm) in a manufacturing setting.

You will be responsible for performing QC tests, maintaining calibration, and documenting data while adhering to safety and ISO quality standards. Celgard offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in a laboratory environment or Celgard operations experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard and non-routine QC tests including physical and chemical testing.
• Maintain calibration status of equipment and accurate records of data and observations.
• Prepare data certificates for product shipments (COA) and maintain QC document control.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in cross-functional teams and meetings.
• Comply with safety, ISO 9000 / TS16949 initiatives, and 5S workplace practices.
• Train others as needed and support continuous improvement initiatives.
